Refund and Return Policy for drvinesh.com

Due to the digital nature of the products offered on drvinesh.com (including templates, project files, acknowledgements, assignments, sample question papers, certificates, and study materials), we generally do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been downloaded or accessed. This policy is in place because digital products, once downloaded, cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

Exceptions:

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Therefore, we may consider refunds or exchanges under the following specific conditions:

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from downloading or accessing the purchased product, and we are unable to resolve the issue after providing reasonable assistance, a refund may be issued. You must provide us with sufficient evidence of the technical problem.
• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
• Product Significantly Not as Described: If the product you purchased is significantly different from its description on the website, we will offer a refund or exchange for a more suitable product. You must notify us of the discrepancy within [Number, e.g., 7] days of purchase.

Refund Process:

We will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.  

Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• You changed your mind about the purchase.
• You found a similar product elsewhere for a lower price.
• You accidentally purchased the wrong product (unless it is significantly not as described, as mentioned above).
• You do not have the necessary software to open or use the product. It is your responsibility to check the product description for required software before purchasing.
• You shared the downloaded files with others. Each purchase grants a license to a single user.
